Return Authorization Form

Please complete and submit this form below to initiate your return or exchange. Once completed, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization by email.

Returns

Step One

  • We will email you an electronic return label from UPS to the shipping address provided below within 2 business days. *

Step Two

  • Package your return in the original shipping box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  • Be sure to include a printed copy of your Return Authorization email.

Step Three

  • Attach or tape the return label you received by email to the exterior of the shipping box, and then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center. Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.

Once we receive and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days.

*Please note, we only issue return labels for domestic returns. International returns must be sent to us at your expense.

 

Exchanges

Step One

  • We will process and ship your exchange item within 2 days of receipt along with a return label for the item you wish to return.*
  • If there are any additional charges for your exchange, we will contact you for confirmation and payment prior to processing your exchange order.

Step Two

  • Package the item you wish to return in your original shipping box, the exchange shipping box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  • Be sure to include a printed copy of your Return Authorization email.

Step Three

  • Attach the return label included in your exchange to the exterior of the shipping box, and then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center. Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.
  • Please be sure to send your unwanted item back to us as soon as possible. By submitting this form for an exchange, you accept financial responsibility for any exchange items not returned to us within 45 days. Not to mention, we take it personally we don’t get our stuff back and that makes us grumpy.

International Exchanges and Returns

Regretfully, due to the costs and complexities, we do not provide return shipping for exchanges and returns on international orders. But we gladly provide exchanges and refunds when you send them our way.

To return an item for a refund or exchange, please package and send the item to:

For exchanges, we will issue an invoice for your exchange for the cost of the discounted shipping rate. Once we receive your payment, we will ship out your exchange product.

For international returns, we will process your refund once the return is received. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 365 days from date of purchase.

Please provide the count of items to be returned or exchanged (excluding allen keys).

Please include the complete address for shipping the exchange product.
