If for ANY reason, you would like to exchange sizes or would like to try a different style, we are glad to accommodate you for up to 365 days from date of purchase. We’ll even pay for the shipping on all domestic orders.
Requesting an Exchange is easy:
- Simply request an exchange by completing a Return Authorization Form and we will process an exchange order within 2 business days from receipt.
- If your exchange is different in price, we will contact you for confirmation and payment, or automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment.
- We will promptly ship your new item out to you along with a return label. When you get your new item, send the original one back with the UPS domestic label provided at your earliest convenience.*
- Your items must be returned in the original packaging and in original, unworn condition.
- Any additional costs for expedited shipping or additional products must be paid before we will send out your exchange.
- Exchanges requests must be received within 365 days from date of purchase to qualify for exchange.
- If you forget to send back your item within 45 days or send us a worn or used item, you will be charged for the exchange item and banished to our wall of shame forever.
*Please note, shipments must be sent from the United States. Additional shipping fees apply for all international exchanges.
