Collar Sizing Recommendations
Measuring Your Neck
To measure your neck size, turn your head to either side and lightly wrap the tailors tape or string around your neck just above the collar bone, making sure keep the tape or string taught but not too tight. For best results, use a flexible tailors tape to measure your neck. These are often available at your local drug store, discount retailers and sewing supply stores. You can also use a piece of string or thread to measure the circumference and then transfer the measured thread to a ruler or measuring tape to get your measurement.
Choosing the Best Size
Eternity Collars uses internal circumference for the sizing of our collars. The size you select should have an interior circumference larger than your neck, wrist or ankle measurement. For maximum comfort, the internal circumference should be at least 2cm (3/4 inches) larger than the circumference of your neck. Also keep in mind how you are going to wear and use the collar, allowing adequate space for accessories, grabbing, etc.

All other domestic orders are sent by UPS Ground for only $8. In a hurry? We also provide several options for expedited shipping, including Second Day and Next Day for an additional fee. For your convenience, we provide all exact shipping costs in your cart at checkout. Items ordered together may not always ship together, although you will only be charged one shipping fee per order.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Eternity Collars does not usually ship orders to post office boxes, although we do accept post office box addresses for your billing needs. If you absolutely require shipment to a PO box, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate you.
We gladly ship worldwide to most countries. All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International and prices vary depending on location, although shipping on international orders are generally between $25 and $40. All exact shipping costs are provided in your cart at checkout, including the optional costs for expedited shipping.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking code (if available).
All orders are shipped in discreetly and will only display a return address from Eternity Products, LLC. However, we can accommodate almost any requirement for discretion or privacy - just let us know in your order comments.
When to Expect Your Order
Orders placed before 1:00PM EST Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day, except for special order and engraved items. Shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days. Saturday delivery service is available for an additional fee and only by special request. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
Changing an Order
You can make changes to your order any time prior to shipment. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you by phone for additional payment information (we do not retain full payment information in our system for your protection).
Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. However, you may return your unused item for a full credit within 30 days. Please see our return policy and exchange policy for more information.
