Phantom Cuffs are designed as locking Bracelets with the alluring appeal of a fine piece of unique jewelry that can be worn in any public setting.

The enclosure, which is hidden from view, is easily accessible to lock/unlock in seconds. This concept allows the Cuff to only be removed at your discretion.
