Shipping and Handling

Eternity Collars is proud to offer Domestic, Canadian and International shipping services for our products.

We also provide several options for expedited shipping, which include Priority, Overnight, Global Priority and Global Express Mail.

We calculate our shipping rates as Flat Fee Shipping and fees are based on location of the Shipping Address. All orders are shipped from Arizona and delivery times are estimated and provided by the shipping carrier.

Domestic Rates
Standard(7-10 business days)- $5.00 per order.
Priority Mail(3-5 business days)- $12.50 per order.
Overnight(1-2 business days)- $35.00 per order.

International Orders

Canadian Rates
Standard (12-14 business days)- $10.00 per order. (This service does not provide tracking information. Buyer assumes all risk. Eternity Collars is not responsible for lost or stolen items.)
Global Priority (5-7 business days)- $25.00 per order.
Global Express (2-4 business days)- $35.00 per order.

International Rates
Standard(10-14 business days)- $15.00 per order. (This service does not provide tracking information. Buyer assumes all risk. Eternity Collars is not responsible for lost or stolen items.)
Global Priority(7-10 business days)- $35.00 per order.
Global Express(3-5 business days)- $60.00 per order.

When to Expect Your Order

All orders are typically processed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please note that the Gold Line is a custom order and takes 2-4 weeks for completion.

Tracking Your Purchase

We will notify you when your package arrives and provide tracking information when available. If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Changing an Order

You can make changes to your order any time prior to shipment. If there is a difference in price, we will adjust your credit card payment on file for the difference in price.

Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. However, you may return your unused item for a full credit. Please see our return policy and exchange policy for more information.
