Before ordering I was a bit worried about the sizing. But the size is perfect.
Only the closure is a bit tiny, so difficult to open and close without losing the parts.
I recieved rose gold instead of gold. They are what I was looking for in every other way. I change around what pendants are on my color for different outfits and occasions.

Nice collar but the hinge design needs to back to the old design its terrible having the small Allen key fall the old design threaded both sides and very secure as well please go back to old design

I had an issue with the clasp of my Eternity collar and eventually had to force it, which caused it to break. An extremely unlucky case, as the product itself is excellent.
Despite very strict and complicated US customs rules that currently make warranty shipments almost impossible, customer support was outstanding and helped me get a replacement collar.
The lifetime warranty truly works, and in the end I’m very satisfied. Great product and great support.
Have ordered multiple collars from Eternity. Every other one has been flawless in construction. Been having a slight problem locking this one but not so bad that it needs to be returned. Going to keep it and keep working it thinking that over time the closing/locking process will smooth out. Usually their products are flawless so I consider this slight issue an abnormality.

I enjoy the color and vibrancy of this collar. It’s different compared to the heavier; more durable counterparts by far. My biggest concern is realizing how flimsy the hinges are and I’m worried they will give way with 24/7 wear. I don’t use my collar for any play. But who knows and only time will tell.

I ordered this lovely collar on the Tuesday before Christmas and they had it to me by Christmas Eve. The collar came in a beautiful box for me to give to my sub and it fits perfectly. There was excellent communication from the company about how to care for the item sent to me immediately after delivery. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
