Let me just say that I am a huge fan of the products this company puts out. Yes their collars are more expensive than similar ones on the market but the quality is very good, the shipping is quick, and they’re 90 day return policy is very fair and works. I have used it before.
That being said this has got to be one of the most poorly managed companies I have ever come across. The collar that you want in the color and size that you desire is 100% of the time out of stock. I have waited for months on end for the thin gold or rose gold eternity collar to restock, nothing. I have tried to call the company directly on their support number probably 6 times to inquire, nothing. It has gotten to the point where I am now going to buy from one of their competitors simply because my girlfriend and I are tired of waiting. You’d think after 24 years, they’d understand the basic economics of supply and demand.
If they have the collar you want in the size that you need, definitely buy it, you won’t be disappointed. If it’s out of stock, don’t bother waiting. Your hair will turn grey before they actually produce more of them.
The pendant itself is slightly larger than I was expecting; bigger than a US Quarter. The engraving adds a nice touch which makes it feel catered to me.
Sits perfectly on my neck, and is comfortable to sleep in.
My lovely little raven hasn't taken it off since it arrived. Elegant, lightweight and definitely matches the rest of her body jewelry.

I love this collar! I've wanted a metal locking collar for a while, and I was so excited to see that Eternity makes thinner day collars now. My partner/Dom bought this for me as a two-year anniversary gift! The collar is so gorgeous, sturdy, and sleek; and discreet enough to wear to work and elsewhere. I'm very very happy with it :)
Craftmanship is top tier. My baby girl loves it, and wears it proud.
Downside- I paid extra for shipping but package was a few days late. Thats the carriers issue not the seller.
Product came on time. The packaging was beautiful and exciting to open. Product is durable, but comfortable. 10/10 for full-time wearers.
I bought the standard silver titanium collar and extra Allen wrenches and screws. Those are a must to have, and an inexpensive safety protection. It looks like the Eternity steel collar a previous slave of mine had had a decade plus ago. It is lighter but just as strong and enduring.
The sizing leaves just enough room for my hand to grip the collar. Something she enjoys my doing. It hasn't come off yet and she wore it through two international flights and it was never questioned or commented on.
I've recommended them to others over the years to other people and will continue to do so.

The medium wrist cuffs are gorgeous, and fit exactly as per the sizing guide. And, when FedEx apparently managed to misplace our original order, Eternity immediately shipped out another pair.
I absolutely love this company. I had bought a titanium circular necklace back in June for my partner for our anniversary and they didn’t end up liking the fit. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful! They assisted me with my return very quickly and added the credit to my account to order the preferred necklace my partner wanted instead which was the locking chain! I waited a couple of months for it to be restocked and as soon as it was I received an email notifying me and I purchased it right away and received it within a few days. The attention to customer service and the quality of these products is immaculate and I’m thankful there are still companies out there who care! Thank you Eternity for being incredible.
This good thing collar is the perfect choice. Extremely comfortable and comfortable. I can wear it anywhere and be a discreet submissive for my hubby. Waiting for restock of the gold disc adornment for those occasions where I don’t need to be discreet.
I had a lot of trouble getting the initial sizing of this collar, and had to send it back about 3-4 times to get it just right. The folks here were incredibly flexible about letting me return a collar as many times as I've needed to get the perfect one, and now that I have it, it's been with me for almost 5 years!
To avoid delays though, make sure to carefully measure your neck like the instructions on here state, so that way you don't have to wait quite as long as I did to get the perfect fit. Cheers!

Eternity Collars make such well made collars. I had been locked in the black titanium collar 24/7 for 4 months now with relative ease and bought the standard titanium collar in a smaller size. Feels great and is so much more noticeable compared to the black collar.
We are very happy with it. It is exactly as represented on the website/in the images. It is just what we wanted and was nicely packaged too !
