Refunds are strictly limited to items purchased directly from Eternity and must be linked to a verifiable order in our system. We do not issue refunds for products acquired through unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), liquidators, or private sellers. All approved refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used to place the order on our website.

We offer the option of a refund for all items returned in original, unworn condition. Items are considered unworn if there are no signs of use or damage that would prevent us from selling them as new. (Note: Customers in the UK/EU exercising their 14-day Right of Withdrawal may return handled goods, but are subject to a diminished value deduction if the items show wear).

We do not offer refunds on personalized/engraved items. We also do not offer refunds on items marked as final sale, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws.

Original shipping costs and order protection fees, if applicable, are not refundable, except where required by local statutory rights.

Duties, taxes, and original shipping costs on international orders are generally non-refundable unless specified by local law

We do not offer refunds on lost, stolen, or missing deliveries, except when order protection is purchased at the time the order is placed.

We do not offer refunds on any return order received after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to deny refunds to customers we deem to have abused our goodwill, including misrepresentation of delivery, chargebacks, or any attempt to defraud or defame.
