Shipping policy

We want you to have an enjoyable and predictable shopping experience. Our shipping and processing times may vary based on your location, shipping preference, and the products ordered. 

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona.

General order processing and shipping guidelines

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to delays outside of our control. 
  • Overnight orders processed on Friday are not delivered until the following Monday. 
  • Shipping times are based on the date the order is shipped.
  • Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Special orders and engraved items require more time. 
  • Orders received after 1 PM (PST) may not be processed until the following business day.
  • All orders are shipped discreetly (either as Fulfillment Center, or Customer Service) and will display any information you include in the shipping address.
  • All orders over $300 require a signature on delivery. Please contact us at the time you place your order if you do not want a signature required.

  • International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and you may be subject to these fees when the shipment reaches your country. When possible, we attempt to collect these fees at checkout, but additional fees may still be due. When possible, duties and taxes are collected to comply with local destination policies.
  • Please keep in mind, customs clearance procedures may cause delays to our shipping estimates.
  • All shipping times are approximate and international shipping times can occasionally take up to several weeks depending on carrier and destination.
  • We may also offer a USPS as a low-cost shipping option to some destinations. Delivery time using this method may vary.
  • We may choose to send your package by an alternate carrier at our discretion, at no additional cost to you, when in the best interest of the customer experience.

 

Tracking your purchase

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking code. Items ordered together may not always ship together, although you will only be charged one shipping fee per order. 

Missing, Stolen, or Lost Deliveries

If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We will do our best to help. If you purchased Package Protection, you are eligible for expedited services.

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact us within five (5) days so we rectify the issue. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will not be able to assist you. Please note, missing, lost, or stolen orders are not eligible for a refund unless you purchase Package Protection at the time of purchase.


 

Changing an order

We generally can accommodate order changes prior to shipment, however, once an order is processed by our warehouse it cannot be changed.

Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. However, you may return your unused item for full credit within 90 days. Please see our return policy and exchange policy for more information.
