Returns and Exchanges
If you're not 100% satisfied with your Eternity order, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns, and all domestic returns are free.
Return/Exchange Instructions
To return your item(s), please follow these instructions. (Note: If you have a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us before proceeding.)
Access our return portal. You will need your order number and email address. If you created an account, you can also access this by signing in.

Submit your form. Domestic customers will receive a return confirmation and a pre-paid return label.
International customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping and will receive shipping instructions with their return confirmation. Package your return. Pack your items carefully along with a copy of your authorization email, and securely attach your return shipping label to the outside of the box. Bonus points if you draw something on the box.

General Return Policy
- Condition of Items: We offer refunds or direct exchanges for items returned in original, unworn condition, and in original packaging. Items are considered unworn if there are no signs of use, wear, or damage. For US and non-UK/EU international orders, items received in worn or damaged condition, or missing packaging, will not be refunded and will be automatically returned to you at our expense. (See UK/EU Statutory Rights below for exceptions).
- Final Sale: We do not accept exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale or on any personalized/engraved items.
- Exchanges: If you request a different size, we will automatically send the new item once your return is processed. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will be refunded or billed for any price difference. Exchange requests without a specific size or item requested will be processed as store credit.
- Processing Time: Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt but can take up to 10 business days. Refunds generally take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Lost or Stolen Deliveries: We do not offer refunds on lost, stolen, or missing deliveries unless Order Protection is purchased at checkout. If purchased, we will replace the order at no charge or issue store credit up to the full value. Orders without protection may be re-shipped at our discretion, provided you contact us within five (5) days of the delivery date. Additional fees may apply.
- Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us prior to submitting a return request. (Note: Warranties cover the expected life of the item and do not cover normal wear and tear).
International Orders & Statutory Rights
For international orders, we offer refunds or direct size exchanges only. While our standard 90-day return window applies globally, standard international duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless specified by local law.
UK & EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
We strive to ensure our policies comply with local consumer regulations. If you are based in the UK or the EU, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The Cancellation Period: This 14-day window begins the day you (or a designated third party) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.
- Return Shipping Window: You must send your items back to us no later than 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds: Upon a valid withdrawal within this timeframe, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery and import duties/taxes. If you chose a premium or expedited delivery option at checkout, we are only obligated to refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
- Diminished Value: You are permitted to handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any loss in value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling or wear (see Condition of Items above).
Additional Information
- We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for packages that get lost on their way back to us.
- Prepaid return labels are limited to one per RMA (domestic only).
- Our return and exchange policies are subject to change at any time. Returns are processed based on the active policies at the time a return authorization request is submitted.
