Refund policy

 

  • We offer the option of a refund to the original form of payment for all items returned in original, unworn condition. Items are considered to be in unworn condition if there are no signs of use or damage that prevent us from selling them as new.

  • We do not offer refunds on items marked as final sale or for personalized/engraved items. Shipping costs and order protection fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds on lost, stolen, or missing deliveries, except when order protection is purchased at the time the order is placed.

  • Refunds are not available on any order after 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to deny refunds to customers we interpret as having abused our goodwill, including misrepresentation of delivery, chargeback of payment, or any attempt to defraud or defame.
