When i placed my order, I out a message in the detail box about what I wanted engraved on the lock. I ended up changed the text myself and didnt change the message portion. Instead of just doing whatever, customer service reached out TO ME to verify what it was that I wanted. They wanted clarifying verification. I was impressed. On top of that, shipping was extremely fast! I received my engraved lock in no time!

I earned a collar and I was allowed to pick it out. I chose an eternity collar with feedback from my dom. We opted for the tag option and engraving. He chose the engraving for me, and I had it locked on me on our anniversary. It feels so comfortable, and the tag makes the best little sound when it jingles with movement. Its also a nice fidget piece and a constant reminder of the symbol of it for us. The packaging was perfect too!

Seriously so pissed!!!! We went with this company because we wanted a matching full set of good quality cuffs and collar…… got the collar and wrist cuffs and were very happy. Asked when the ankles would be available b/c we were told they would be restocked very soon. That was THREEE YEARS AGO!!! Not once have they been restocked and every time I inquire I get lip service and offered a discount on another item. I WANT the ankle cuffs to complete my set. Looks like they’d NEVER gonna happen. Beware….. if it’s in stick your good, but don’t count on anything being restocked!!!!!
So I bought the master key and then my dynamic ended immediately after so now I'm out 40 bucks with a key and a collar that I don't need and don't know what to do with as keeping it feels weird but as far as a TRUE review goes it is very heavy and sturdy, the case it comes in is nice it's got a little keychain on it it's expensive for my budget personally but it's nice overall and works on the center lightweight titanium color that I have or it's supposed to I haven't tried it yet because I can't bring myself to touch it but all in all I would buy it again if I was in a position where I needed it I don't self-collar but I feel like it'll come in handy at some point, even if not for myself.
Ive been waiting for this for a long time and we finally have it. I wish it came in XS though, since its just sliiiiightly too big for my ankle and sometimes it catches on the bone. I know the old ankle cuff came in an XS but im a thin cuff person

I was blown away when I opened the box. I was so excited to give it her and put it on her. All the extras were quite appreciated. The construction is incredible and very robust, yet still dainty.

I've generally been very pleased with Eternity products, but unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. I wanted to see if this was really non-removable by brute human strength, so I pulled it logitudinally while it was around my neck with both hands with all my might. Lo and behold, one link gave way. I returned it for a refund and bought the rigid collar to replace it. I also own the matching bracelet and anklet and they both passed the brute-strength test. Maybe it was just an isolated defect.
The Necklace is perfect. It came in a nice little velvet bag and totally love the little box it came in too.
Love my pendant, it’s been an excellent addition to my collar and I have received so many complements on it.
Shipping is super fast and my girl could not wait to put them on so yeah I'd say she's happy with it. The black titanium cuff is stunning. We all expected "black metal" but in person it has a much deeper quality, almost like obsidian, onyx or some other kind of dark stone. Though it feels light because of the titanium, it visually has a strong presence. What I appreciate is that it does not try too hard to be symbolic, like stone or gems do, that is what I want to give her. Very beautiful piece of permanent-feeling hardware for us.
I originally ordered the thin black eternity collar but was able to do an exchange. Currently I’m very happy with the regular black one, it’s easier to put on & take off, let alone comfortable. Normally I forget that I’m even wearing it due to how how lite weight it is. Thank Eternality for everything 🖤
Thin version is very lightweight and fit her so well, clean, delicate-looking, and suitable for 24/7. ngl I put this on her myself and it's been like 3 months now. First week or two she said she could kinda feel it at night, but that went away pretty quick. There's no irritation, no weird discoloration or anything, it still looks brand new even after showers and sleeping in it every single day. I got a little paranoid and bought extra screws separately just in case and only to open the box and realize it already comes with a spare set. Really appreciate that, I'd rather be over-prepared. She actually loves having it on now.
