Received this in very good order. Packaging was not only discrete, but elegant. Nice finish and very good hinge mechanism. Screw thread in collar had a small burr but was functional. I like that the screw \w does not go all the way through. Lost a star because of my only issue. Had to return as she could not play violin with it on (I didn't think about that!) The one star down is because the international return policy does not include a return voucher. Shipping back was very expensive and I was expecting something like other vendors, a printable return sheet or something like that. Would buy from this company again.
I bought a collar for my Little 6 months ago and was pleased with the quality and decided that she would benefit from a wrist cuff, again the quality, fit and finish were to my expectations.
Planning on making another purchase very soon.
It feels a bit thin, slightly worried it might get dented. I ordered an XXL because even though thr measurements guides said an L would work for me this still feels kind of small.
It’s nice, kind of expected it to be more round like in the picture. It’s oval shaped but still a noce bracelet.
This collar is amazing. I can wear it multiple days in a row and when I take it off I can still feel it around my neck. It’s beautiful.
My wife picked this out and has now had it on for several days. It looks good on her and she has had complements. For most people this looks very vanilla. It is worth pointing out it would likely be difficult to put on or take off by your self. Very small lock screw. ;)
Its strong and vey light. The locking clasp means it will never get lost.

I wish the replacement keys were nicer looking but it’s fine. I just wanted back ups to keep in different locations in case of emergency.

Only the closure is a bit tiny, so difficult to open and close without losing the parts.

Nice collar but the hinge design needs to back to the old design its terrible having the small Allen key fall the old design threaded both sides and very secure as well please go back to old design

I had an issue with the clasp of my Eternity collar and eventually had to force it, which caused it to break. An extremely unlucky case, as the product itself is excellent.
Despite very strict and complicated US customs rules that currently make warranty shipments almost impossible, customer support was outstanding and helped me get a replacement collar.
The lifetime warranty truly works, and in the end I’m very satisfied. Great product and great support.
Have ordered multiple collars from Eternity. Every other one has been flawless in construction. Been having a slight problem locking this one but not so bad that it needs to be returned. Going to keep it and keep working it thinking that over time the closing/locking process will smooth out. Usually their products are flawless so I consider this slight issue an abnormality.
