A discrete but permanent collar

The Eternity Collar Chain Necklace with Combination Lock gave me a collar for my lifestyle sub to wear 24/7 that was both discrete and not removable.

She is a public personality, so she could not reasonably wear one of the more obvious collars. The Chain Necklace with Combination Lock is classy but just as permanent as a big locked leather collar would be.
